Jason has substantial private and public sector experience spanning 10 years, having analyzed a wide range of economic development and workforce solutions across Ontario, New Brunswick, Alberta, British Columbia, New York, and Washington. Through the course of this work, Jason has researched, analyzed and presented assessments on a variety of topics, including cultural planning, workforce development, economic development, labour and industries analysis, and health and human services. These detailed reports were heavily focused on gathering qualitative and quantitative data for analysis, with input gathered from all relevant databases, stakeholders, government officials, industry experts, think tanks and non-government organizations. This helped ensure a non-partisan, independent assessment of pertinent issues.
His most recent venture includes designing and implementing a workforce solution administered by the Government of New Brunswick and Ryerson University in light of COVID-19’s impact in displacing several New Brunswickers from their jobs and communities.
